What Day Is It Anyway? August Edition
It’s Friday, and the last Friday of the month at that.
As we say goodbye to one of the strangest summers of all times, I say hello to making it one full year as a full-time photographer.
That’s one year of portraits with some of the greatest clients on the planet.
One year of solo meetings in my underpants.
One year of decision making.
One year of learning from my failures.
One year of stepping out of my comfort zone.
And hyperventilating and crying over not being in my comfort zone.
One year of persevering.
One year of making 11 year old Damaly proud.
My coach asked me how am I going to celebrate?
(A question I need to be reminded of often because I’m the do things and move onto the next goal kinda person.)
So celebrate we shall! Champagne popping on IG soon come.
I’m also celebrating with a photoshoot. I want the same VIP treatment that I give my clients. Stylist, hair and makeup, great photographer, ALL OF IT. Stay tuned for that one cause it’s going to be epic.
